QRmonkey.com Terms of Service

Welcome to QRmonkey.com, a QR code design and management subscription service. By accessing or using QRmonkey.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Terms
Monthly Subscription
When you subscribe to QRmonkey.com, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription payment processed through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date as your initial subscription unless cancelled.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@qrmonkey.com.
After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current paid subscription period. Once your subscription expires, your account and associated QR codes may be permanently deleted and will no longer function.
No Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes partial months, unused services, or periods where the account was not actively used.
2. Unpaid Subscriptions and Failed Payments
If a subscription payment cannot be processed, QRmonkey will attempt to collect the outstanding payment and may notify the account owner by email.
The account owner is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file. If payment is not successfully received within 14 days after the initial failed payment attempt, QRmonkey reserves the right to suspend and permanently delete the account.
Before deletion, QRmonkey may send reminders requesting that the payment method be updated.
Upon account deletion, all associated data, including QR codes, tracking information, settings, and stored account information, may be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Any QR codes connected to the deleted account will stop functioning.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their subscription remains active if they rely on QR codes for business, marketing, advertising, or other purposes. QRmonkey is not responsible for any interruption, loss of access, lost revenue, or business impact resulting from unpaid subscriptions, cancellation, or account deletion.
3. Updating Your Payment Method
If you need to update your payment method, please contact us at hello@qrmonkey.com and we will provide a secure Stripe link where you can update your card details.
For security reasons, QRmonkey does not store or process your full payment card information. Payment details are securely handled and managed by Stripe.
Payment update links may expire for security reasons. If a link expires, please contact us to request a new one.
4. Account Deletion and Data Removal
When an account is cancelled, expires, or is deleted due to unpaid subscription fees, QRmonkey may permanently remove all associated account data.
This may include:
- QR codes created through the service
- QR code tracking data
- Account settings
- User information
- Other stored account-related data
Deleted data cannot be recovered. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups of any information they wish to retain before cancellation or deletion.

6. Payment Processing
Payments for QRmonkey subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
By subscribing to QRmonkey.com, you agree to Stripe’s applicable terms, policies, and payment processing procedures.
QRmonkey does not store complete payment card details. Payment information is securely processed and managed by Stripe.
7. Service Availability
QRmonkey strives to maintain reliable service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside of QRmonkey’s reasonable control.
QRmonkey is not responsible for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions or downtime.
8. Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to use QRmonkey.com to create QR codes that:
- Link to illegal content
- Distribute malware or harmful software
- Facilitate phishing, fraud, scams, or deceptive activities
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
QRmonkey reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements. Customers may not use QRmonkey.com to create QR codes that link to or distribute illegal content, fraudulent activities, malware, phishing pages, scams, or any material that violates applicable laws or regulations.
QRmonkey reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities and may remove associated QR codes or content without prior notice when necessary.
Where required by law or in response to valid legal requests, QRmonkey may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other authorized parties by providing relevant account information, usage data, or other available records.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all content linked through their QR codes complies with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QRmonkey.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the service
- Loss of access to QR codes
- Account suspension or deletion
- Service interruptions
- Loss of data, customers, revenue, or business opportunities
Customers use QRmonkey.com at their own discretion and responsibility.
10. Changes to These Terms
QRmonkey.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes become effective when published on this page. Your continued use of QRmonkey.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
